No corners were cut: all the building materials are top-quality and safe and made in the Czech Republic. Close attention was paid to the apartments’ furnishing and fittings as well:

The whole of LA VIDA RESIDENCE is protected by LOXONE, a smart security system. Its sensors react instantaneously to any break-in, fire or leak, and the area outside the building and its entrance spaces are constantly monitored by a camera system.

LOXONE will send a notification to your mobile phone in the event of any incident. You can also use the app to make sure that everything’s as it should be at home. The app can even be used to control the smart locks on the building’s front door.

HOOK UP TO A SMART HOME

Every apartment offers internet connectivity of almost unlimited speed. Enough to let you stream in 4K on several devices simultaneously.

The Wi-Fi routers are connected to a fibre-optic cable that leads directly into your apartment, making your connection incredibly stable and fast. We also choose routers that emit the lowest possible electromagnetic radiation. Energy bills are taken care of by an automatic and remote-read system. You can control the doors, security system and some appliances with a mobile phone app.

O vyúčtování energií se stará automatickým systém s dálkovým odečtem. Dveře, bezpečnostní systém a některé spotřebiče můžete ovládat mobilem přes chytrou aplikaci.
